The team is growing (again!) to accommodate our strong growth! And we are currently looking for an Information Technology (IT) Manager who wants to evolve in a young technology company.
– Manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including workstations, computer servers, the computer network and the company’s technological equipment.
– Write, update and deploy procedures and documentation relating to the company’s network infrastructure and IT tools.
– Implement security processes and maintain the company’s IT security.
– Ensure that the company complies with regulations and standards related to information management and technology, particularly in terms of data protection.
– Collaborate with the human resources department in employee training related to information technology and cybersecurity.
– Manage relationships with technology suppliers, including contract negotiation and IT equipment supply management.
– Provide technical support to ChrysaLabs employees, resolve IT issues and ensure systems are running smoothly.
– Collaborate with the infrastructure department for the management of the company’s internal information systems.
– Collaborate with the different departments in the implementation of IT solutions, particularly in the choice and evaluation of software and IT hardware according to needs.
– A degree in computer science, information management, information systems, business informatics or a related field.
– 3 to 5 years of experience.
– Significant professional experience in the field of information technology.
– Proficiency in various information technologies and computer systems, including management of servers, networks, databases, and software.
– Knowledge of information security, including risk management and regulatory compliance.
– An understanding of the ethical issues surrounding the collection, use and protection of data, as well as an ability to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
– Experience with different operating systems (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and computer systems is an asset.
